Guided by our school charisms of Courage, Holiness, Intellect, Leadership and ServiceSt. Thomas More was a man for all seasons. We are a school for all children. Since 1959, St. Thomas More (STM) has prepared students for more than just the next grade level–we prepare them for life. Ours is a strong academic foundation rooted in the Catholic faith, where your student will be challenged academically and spiritually. STM students are: compassionate, confident young people who live their lives with faith and purpose, serve others with humility and meaningfully contribute to the community. |

St. Thomas More school strives to provide an atmosphere in which our students can grow in their relationship with Christ and others as well as, instruct students in the Catholic faith and traditions.
St. Thomas More provides a curriculum within each grade level that cultivates growth in each child academically and creatively wherein a student can learn, develop and reach their full potential.
St. Thomas More provides an environment wherein each child recognizes his/her own self-worth and fosters a healthy self-image while also emphasizing fairness and critical thinking for the physical and social development of each child.
We believe it is important to bring a Catholic perspective into all curriculum areas. It’s important to us that STM faculty and staff demonstrate a positive faith life for students and colleagues.
We believe that open lines of communication need to be in place to effectively educate children. Open communication between school and home creates a partnership where every child can feel supported, understood and set up for success.
We believe that through a diverse learning environment, all students have the opportunity to succeed. This means diversity in our student body, cultural celebrations and instructional methods. Students of all backgrounds are welcome.
We believe that students should develop the self-discipline necessary to become responsible community-minded adults. Because when students learn self-disciple, they gain the confidence to make good choices, the resilience to overcome challenges and the mindset to contribute to the shared community.
We believe that students should acquire the proficient technological skills that allow them to access and process information so that they can apply what is learned to be responsive to ongoing changes in technology.
We believe that students should acquire an appreciation for learning to express their creativity through the fine arts. St. Thomas offers a wide range of fine arts programs.
We believe that service to the community is key to living a life that is Christ-filled. Our service efforts take many forms and include supporting the rights of the unborn, aging and others in need. Our school is unique in that we are guided by the charisms of Courage, Holiness, Intellect, Leadership and Service.
Consortium schools operate under a shared mission to nurture each student’s God-given potential by providing a well-rounded education that promotes the spiritual, intellectual, social and emotional growth of all students. This means we create classrooms full of energy and diversity, where students can learn and grow.
We are a community dedicated to equipping every student to grow in faith, knowledge and character. Guided by Catholic values, we work with families to create spaces where children can ask questions, serve others and feel a sense of belonging.
